The Canadian Mountain Assessment is the first comprehensive assessment of mountain systems in Canada, based on insights from First Nations, Métis, and Inuit knowledges of mountains, as well as findings from an extensive assessment of pertinent academic literature. It covers topics such as mountain environments, mountains as homelands, gifts of the mountains, mountains under pressure, and desirable mountain futures.
