Wild Water Videos Highlight Coldwater River Drought Management Innovations
The NWGP in partnership with BC Water Legacy has developed a series of videos highlighting innovative drought management approaches for the Coldwater River, one of the most drought-prone rivers in BC.
Shot over two years, ‘Wild Water’ shares the profound impacts of the climate crisis in BC with the devastating floods in 2021 and then drought in 2022 and 2023, and the efforts to chart a new, more holistic approach to watershed governance and stewardship.
