This handbook outlines the best practices of “conservation covenants” for protecting private land ecologically. The British Columbia Cattlemen’s Association has partnered with the Province of BC to develop a pilot program with the intent to decrease wildfire risk in BC by reducing fine fuel loads through targeted grazing.
